• Performers must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including contact details, measurements, and photographs.
• Profiles must be updated regularly to reflect changes in appearance, availability, or skills.
• Performers must be legally eligible to work in Canada and provide required documentation upon request.

Profile Usage

• Your profile will be searchable by casting directors, production teams, and clients affiliated with Splitting Images.
• Performers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring no unauthorized access to their accounts.
• Misrepresentation or falsification of information in your profile will result in removal from the system.

Booking Process

• Performers must respond promptly to booking requests and confirm their availability within the specified timeframe.
• Once confirmed for a booking, performers are required to honor the commitment.
• Last-minute cancellations may affect future opportunities and result in penalties, including suspension or removal from the roster.

On-Set Conduct

• Performers must arrive on set on time, prepared, and with the necessary wardrobe and documents as specified in the call sheet.
• Professional behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the roster.
• Any concerns or issues on set must be reported to Splitting Images immediately.

Compensation

• Performers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and submitting invoices or required forms promptly.
• Splitting Images is not responsible for delays in payment and is not your employer.

Acceptable Use

Performers must use the Splitting Images platform responsibly and solely for professional purposes. Misuse of the platform, including inappropriate or fraudulent behavior, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your profile.

You Are Responsible for Your Behavior and Actions

Risks and Precautions

While Splitting Images strives to ensure safe and legitimate opportunities, performers should exercise caution when interacting with third parties. If anything seems suspicious or inappropriate, performers are encouraged to notify Splitting Images immediately. Splitting Images is not liable for risks arising from third-party interactions.

Expectations

Performers are expected to:

• Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Follow instructions provided by casting directors and production teams.
• Be prepared, punctual, and equipped with necessary wardrobe and documents. Failure to meet these expectations may result in disciplinary actions, including removal from future opportunities.

Communication with Splitting Images

Timely and professional communication with Splitting Images is essential. Performers must respond to inquiries and booking requests promptly and inform the agency of any changes to their availability or profile details. Consistent delays or unresponsiveness may affect your standing within the system.

"No Show" Fees

Failing to appear for a confirmed booking without providing adequate notice disrupts productions and reflects poorly on Splitting Images. Performers who fail to show up may be charged a "No Show" fee and could face removal from the roster for repeated offenses.

Sharing of Information

By participating with us, you consent to sharing your personal information with casting directors and agencies for the purpose of potential bookings and relevant industry opportunities. You may revoke this consent at any time by notifying us in writing, and we will ensure that your information is no longer shared for future opportunities.

Limitation of Liability

Splitting Images is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in bookings. Performers assume all risks associated with their involvement in productions.

Indemnity

Performers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Splitting Images, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions, behavior, or participation in bookings.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Dispute Resolution

Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Splitting Images are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Splitting Images agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Splitting Images.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective and enforceable.

Termination and Suspension

• Splitting Images reserves the right to suspend or terminate a performer’s profile for violations of these terms, including but not limited to unprofessional conduct, failure to honor commitments, or misrepresentation.
• Performers may request to deactivate their profiles at any time by contacting Splitting Images.

Amendments to Terms

• Splitting Images reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Performers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the system will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
